Thanks to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make our Christmas services so special and celebratory.
We began with the Christingle Afternooon Saturday 14th December 2024, when it was a joy to welcome children and their families to hear the Christingle story, make Christingles, have a service in church and round off our time together over a saugage and chip tea. So many happy faces were to be seen in the building that afternoon.
On Sunday 22nd December 2024 we held our annual All Age Nativity during morning service. Once again, we are very grateful to everyone who took part and played a role that morning, bringing the nativity story to life for us all.
Our Carol Service on Christmas Eve was so well attended we even had to add an extra row of chairs at the back of the church to acconmodate the congregation. After hearty singing in church it was a delight to welcome friends and their families to coffee and mince pies in the church hall afterwards.
That just leaves Christmas Day - we gathered, greeted one another and marvelled yet again that Love came down at Christmas.
